Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the EventDash website and analytics service (the "Service") operated by Szara Sowa Development - Władysław Kłaczkow, with its place of business at Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warszawa, Poland, European Union ("EventDash", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
EventDash provides product analytics: a tracker and ingest API, dashboards, goals, funnels, and related tooling so you can understand how people use your websites and apps.
We may change features, limits, and interfaces as we improve the product. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for anyone you allow to use it.
You may sign in with email and password or with Google. Notify us promptly at contact@eventda.sh if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can delete your account in dashboard settings. Deletion cancels any active subscription and removes associated apps and analytics data, subject to backups and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
API keys and tracker use
You are responsible for:
- Keeping API keys confidential and rotating them if they are leaked
- Configuring domain allowlists and other ingest controls we provide
- Installing the tracker or calling the API only on properties you control
- All events sent with your keys
We may revoke keys that are abused, leaked, or used in violation of these Terms.
Customer data and privacy responsibilities
You retain ownership of the analytics data you send to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
For end-user event data, you are the controller and EventDash is the processor. You must:
- Have a lawful basis to collect and send the data
- Provide required notices and obtain consent where the law requires it
- Avoid sending personal data in event names, URLs, or custom properties. Our filters reduce accidental collection; they do not replace your own data-minimization duties
- Honor Do Not Track and similar user choices according to your own policies
The Service, tracker, documentation, and EventDash trademarks remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law or by a written agreement with us.
Plans, quotas, and billing
Plans
We offer a Free plan and paid Standard and Professional plans. Current prices, event quotas, app limits, and raw-event retention are published on our pricing page and in the plans documentation. We may change published prices for future billing periods; we will give reasonable notice before a price change applies to an existing paid subscription.
The Free plan includes 10,000 events per month, one app, and 30 days of raw event detail, with no credit card required. Standard is $19 per month (or $190 billed annually) with 100,000 events per month and five apps. Professional is $99 per month (or $999 billed annually) with 500,000 events per month and 25 apps. Paid plans include 90 days of raw event detail. Annual billing is equivalent to two months free compared with monthly billing.
Quotas
Event quotas reset each billing period. If you exceed your monthly event limit, ingest endpoints reject new events (HTTP 403) until you upgrade or the next period starts. Existing dashboards remain available. You can upgrade or wait for the reset.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep paid-plan access until then. Plan upgrades and downgrades are prorated as described in the billing dashboard.
Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, restrict paid features, or suspend the account after notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Transmit malware, or attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Bypass quotas, authentication, domain allowlists, or other security controls
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Track children, or collect sensitive personal data, in a way that violates applicable law
- Resell, scrape, or use the Service to build a competing analytics product
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate this section or create risk to the Service or other users.
Third-party services
The Service depends on providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and, if you choose Google sign-in, Google. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analytics output depends on the events you send and on third-party networks; we do not warrant that reports are complete or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Szara Sowa Development - Władysław Kłaczkow and its contractors and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or European Union law, including liability for willful misconduct or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. If you use only the Free plan, that amount is zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Szara Sowa Development - Władysław Kłaczkow against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your Customer Data, your tracking of end users, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described above. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, acceptable use, payment already due, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice where reasonable (for example by email or an in-product message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence in the European Union.
If a dispute arises, contact us first at contact@eventda.sh so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, disputes will be submitted to the common courts in Warsaw, Poland, except where mandatory law allows you (as a consumer) to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. We do not require binding arbitration.
